Title of the Day: A Godly Experience

Phew!... Time really fly... today is my one week! in Care Corner liao! hahaha... I was really bless to be able to attend their Care Corner Annual Retreat @ Costa Sand on the 1/9 - 2/9. It was a fun and memorable time we had. I got to know many new friends from other care corner family centres, counseling centres... and also some of the "teachers" whom had taught me during my counseling course! But what is the most memorable thing I will remember in this retreat is that first night when we had a staff appreciation night... and is also a night where we had an lovely encounter with God... =)

A very gd pastor (cant remember his name) was invited to be one of our guest speaker during that night. His preaching and sharing was very powerful and everyone was very attentive to him. After his preaching and sharing, he ask for an alter call for those whom needed prayer and rest in the Lord... some of the colleauges respone and some of them was overwhelm by the whole spirit and fell to the ground... There is this particular lady, a admin assistant in our HQ, was laying on the floor for a very long time, soon the alter call and prayers are about to finish but she is still laying at the floor motionless! The paster then was rejoicing and prasing God as the lady had been given comfort and rest in the Lord... After a short prayer over her by the pastor, she woke up.. and she begin to share with us what has happen, y she was laying there for a very long time and refuess to wake up...

She share with us that she saw a very very big cross infornt of her, and at the side, there is this "Man" opening up his arms facing toward her... she then walk closer to take a look who that man was... although she couldnt see the face but she know in her heart.. that man she saw was Jesus!! He spoke to her "There will be great things happening in your life soon". She was feeling so comfortable that she didnt want to leave... then Jesus say, is time for you to go back.. so he let go of his hand... just then.. she saw five angel surronding her and praying for her!

The Angels then lift her up into the sky and she know that she was flying! She was brought to a place where she saw there was a lot of houses, beautiful houses... After a while, she found herself on a patch of green grass where by the side, was a very very still water.. She laid down on the grass... and she was feeling very very comfortable.... soon after, she woke up.

Wao... unbelievable isnt it.... this is preharps a first real life testimony I have heard... what a Godly encounter! Her testimony can only prove one thing... that Heaven is real... and God.. is real..

Heavenly Father, I give thanks for such an Godly encounter that you have given to us, I give thanks to you for restoring and given those who was on that night of the retreat.. a good rest and comfort. I give thanks for all the brothers and sisters, whom are serving in Care Corner.. that they are your workers in the harvest field, Lord I pray your blessing and strength, will continue to be with us, with Care Corner, as we embark a mission of showing care and love to the community, I pray that you will use each and everyone of use mighty, that our client, regardless of what faith they are, will see the light and love which comes from you.. and hopefully, they will get to know you! I give thanks for the ministry of Care Corner that you had place me in. I pray that as time comes, you will use me to make a different in peoples lifes through care corner... father, grant me strength and wisdom... not by my own.. but yours... I give you all the glory and praises in Jesus name.. Amen
